Ile des Embiez - French riviera-côte d'Azur
Located offshore from Six-Fours-les-Plages (1 km) and adjacent to Toulon, “Ile des Embiez” actually comprises two islands connected by silt and alluvial deposits: Tour Fondue to the north-east and Ile Saint-Pierre.
Port Saint-Pierre is easy to reach from the port of Le Brusc (42 km from the campsite) on the daily boat buses (12-minute ride).

The Embiez archipelago is now internationally renowned thanks to Paul Ricard, who purchased the site and created a major Oceanographic Institute there in 1966.
Also referred to as “Flower Island”, Ile des Embiez is a little Coin de Paradis® (Corner of Paradise) on Earth. You will love exploring its peaceful little coves on foot, by bike or on the tourist train – what’s more, the island is car-free!
